With his smoothing voice and year-around tan, Marcos is the Zen leader of this whole operation. When he’s not making up words that Dr. Seuss would salivate over, Marcos is building an award-winning creative pedigree that spans over 15 years and includes work at Crispin Porter + Bogusky and del Rivero Mesianu DDB, and campaigns for brands like McDonald’s, Budweiser, and Volkswagen. In the twelve short years since its inception, his passion for stellar work has played a key role in establishing Macias as one of the most awarded agencies in Miami.
Alex Macias’ maniac-level cleaninless keeps the inner workings of this agency well oiled. His pursuit for original ideas has carried him through positions as Duty Free International Marketing Director in the Caribbean, representing brands such as Disney, Mattel, and Hugo Boss. The managed South East territories for industry leaders Allergan and Hoffman-La Roche. Alex then officially partnered with his brother and has infused the company with a welcoming atmosphere ever since. His mouth may run a mile a minute, but his conversational demeanor is an essential tool that helps Macias remain comprehensive and efficient in getting things done right.
Christian is our resident charmer. His accent may give away his Colombian roots, but Christian’s visionary influence at Alma DDB Miami formerly known as del Rivero Messianu DDB led him to over 12 years of experience at the head of the national McDonald’s Campaign as well as other American brands like State Farm and Budweiser. At FiRe Advertainment, Reslen targeted an otherwise overlooked demographic and became a pioneer in branded content for the Hispanic market. With a wide-eyed thirst for recognizing beauty and potential at every turn, Christian is an award-winning multicultural creative with nearly 20 years experience in US and Latin American markets.
Doug’s eye for insight discovery is almost as strong as his passion for slipping Spanglish into any conversation. His exceptional level of service stems from nearly 20 years of experience with powerhouses like Crispin Porter + Bogusky and del Rivero Messianu DDB. He has given his award-winning love to accounts for AT&T Wireless Services, McDonald’s and Heineken.
